Q.【Bluetooth】【Mouse】【Keyboard】How to Re-Pair (Connect) Devices
 


・When once paired mouse/keyboard stopped working for some reason,
・When computer OS version has been updated(Ex:updated from Windows8 to Windows8.1 etc.),
Follow the directions below - Re-pairing (re-connecting) may solve the problem
※Pairing information can be lost/broken when OS version was updated
※Also, when OSversion is updated and the following directions do not work - please try to update Bluetooth driver on your computer.

Please refer to computer manufacturer and see if your OS and Bluetooth driver are supported by each other


 1) On your computer, find Bluetooth device that was connected before.

 2) Remove (forget) the device(mouse/keyboard) that you want to re-pair (re-connect)

 3) Press Pairing button on the device that you want to re-pair (re-connect) to turn on Pairing Mode

 4) On your computer, search the Bluetooth device and follow the manual for re-pairing

※Exactly the same Device name as written on the manual will be shown here on the screen.

・This can be effective when accidentally clicked pairing button on the device,
or when the connection is lost and cannot be re-connected.

・Not responding when the device name on the screen is tapped - Remaining battery level may be low.
Please replace battery and try again.

Re-pairing requires to go through whole process including deleting a remembered device.
Please delete (remove) the device name from the list before trying to pair again.
