Please refer to computer manufacturer and see if your OS and Bluetooth
driver are supported by each other
1） On your computer, find Bluetooth device that was connected before.
2） Remove (forget) the device(mouse/keyboard) that you want to re-pair
3） Press Pairing button on the device that you want to re-pair (re-connect)
to turn on Pairing Mode
4） On your computer, search the Bluetooth device and follow the manual for re-pairing
※Exactly the same Device name as written on the manual will be shown here
on the screen.
・This can be effective when accidentally clicked pairing button on the

・Not responding when the device name on the screen is tapped - Remaining
