Q.【Bluetooth Keyboard】【Bluetooth Ten-Key Keyboard】Settings Instructions/Settings Troubles/Connection Troubles

When your Bluetooth Keyboard/Ten-Key Keyboard is not working,
When your Bluetooth Keyboard/Ten-Key Keyboard cannot be paired,
please see further down this page to find out if either of Blutooth keyboard (Ten-Key) or your computer/smartphone has defects.
Or changing the settings my solve the problem.

 Your Devices Have a Bluetooth Function?




 <Checking Tips>



1 Bluetooth Connection requires
BOTH of your base unit (computer/smartphone/tablet) and Keyboard (Ten-Key) to have a Bluetooth function




 Connecting with a Computer

 

  





 Connecting with a Smartphone/Tablet

 

  




Please make sure that your devices have a Bluetooth function, also see if the profiles that you need are supported.
Please see if your smartphone/tablet has Bluetooth.

【Windows Computer】 You can find a Bluetooth icon at the bottom right of the screen.


Your computer OS and Bluetooth driver may not be matching when the OS is updated.
(Ex:updated from Windows8 to Windows8.1 etc.)
Details can be found on computer manufacturer websites.

When you cannot find the icon or when you are not sure if the device has a Bluetooth function, When OS has been updated:
Please refer to the manufacturer.




2 When your device does not have Bluetooth

Although the devices (computers) without a Bluetooth function cannot be connected, a Bluetooth Adapter enables the devices to be connected via Bluetooth just as other devices with the function.
Please consider purchasing one.

   When your device have Bluetooth:
   Go back to Flowchart - Choose YES

Try to turn on the power and see if it is working.
※Please see the manual for the location of power button and ON/OFF instructions

Replacing the battery to a brand new one is recommended if possible - it will be helpful when finding out where the problem lies
