Q.【Wireless Mouse】 Mouse Cursor does not Move When Wireless Mouse is Moved
 
Please follow the steps below.


Also, Windows8-Only mouse does not guarantee a support for other OS.
(Ex:M-BL19DBA Series ※For ONLY Windows8)


 
 





  Is the mouse WIRED or WIRELESS?

  Try connect to other computers


Something may be wrong with the computer - NOT the mouse.
Please try connect to other computers if you have any.
If not, try put to other USB ports of the computer.

※When the computer used to be connected with the other mouse and mouse driver is not Windows default driver-
When Driver install is not completed and it displays Unknown Device-

Please see the link below and delete unneeded mouse drivers/unknown devices then try again

Your mouse may be broken when it still does not work with any other computers
Please see Your Mouse May be Broken below


When it works fine with other computers,
The problem lies within the computer or something else - Most probably not the mouse

In that case please see below and check if your computer OS is supported.

  Is your mouse not running out of power?


Your wireless mouse may be running out of power.
※The battery that comes along with the product may run out in a few days since it is only for testing.

Mouse may not work correctly when its battery level is low.
Please replace it (charge it) and try again.

※When you have already replaced the battery - Please see if its direction is right.
And try different instructions from the Flowchart above

  What about distance/Bluetooth environment?



■Please see environment between the mouse and a receiving device

When the two devices are too far from each other, the signal cannot be reached and it won't work.
Please use them as close as possible (within 0.2~1m)
(Please see manuals for each reachable distance)


   


The signal may not be received when there is a device (Ex: Computer monitor etc.) interfering in between. Please re-locate the devices and see if it works.




■The signal can be affected by metals (magnetic materials)

Mouse may not respond on a metal desk or near metal products.
Please try keep it away from metals - using a thick mousepad may help.

   




■Mouse sensor reads the surface of what it's on to detect the motion.

The sensor may not work properly on a reflective surface (Ex: Glass)
Please use a mousepad or if not use white paper (not glossy one) such as copy paper as substitute.

  ID Settings, or try re-pair devices



ID Settings】 ※ Some mice may not have ID settings button - Please skip this

It won't work when the Channel/ID is not matching.

     

For the ones that have Channel/ID Settings, please try re-set it.




Bluetooth

Please try pair them again.

  Problem solved?



Sleep Mode:
  Wireless mouse will automatically go into a sleep mode to save power when it's left untouched for a while
  It will come out of sleep mode by clicking mouse button.




Bluetooth Mouse:
  Bluetooth Driver and Computer OS do not match when Computer OS was updated from when it was purchased, and the mouse may not work properly.
  (Ex:Purchased Windows8 -> Updated it to Windows8.1)

  Please refer to computer manufacturer/Adapter manufacturer to see if your current computer OS is supported.




mouse drivers:
Driver may not be installed correctly because of its timing or other programs - Please see the link below (Q&A) and delete the device once, disconnect the receiver and re-connect it again to refresh desk driver.
