 ① Cannot Pair Devices


1.Is your mouse/keyboard in Pairing Mode?
  (Waiting to be recognized from computer/tablet/smarten)


  ※Computer may not recognize the device only by turning on the power
  Please see the manual for how to turn on Pairing Mode

2.Is a Bluetooth feature on your computer/smarten turned ON?


→ It could have been turned OFF accidentally.
Please refer to the manual or receive a support form the manufacturer before trying again.



Computer:
Updating Bluetooth connection software may solve the problem


Please refer to the manufacturer for the latest updates





3.ELECOM Bluetooth Profile matches with ones in your computer/smartphone?


→ Some of ELEOM products require Bluetooth ver. 4.0

Supported profiles may differ - Please check if the profiles on your devices are matching.




4.Pairing information registered on your computer could be recognized falsely.
 


→ Please once delete the pairing information and then try again.

Bluetooth pairing connection still being lost often even after deleting/re-pairing,
pairing needed many times - Your mouse may be broken.






 ② Cannot re-connect after Standby/Restart

Bluetooth connection between computer and built-in Bluetooth/USB adapter can be lost because of power settings.





 ③ When it Suddenly Stopped Working


1.Check the LED for a remaining battery level

→ Please replace the battery when its lighting up
→ Also replacing the battery may solve the problem even when LED is not lighting. Please try.




2.Check the LED color for Pairing Mode.


→ Please re-pair the device when its lighting up. See FAQ for directions.




3.Check if a Bluetooth feature is turned ON on your computer/smartphone


→ It could have been turned OFF accidentally.
Please refer to the manual or receive a support form the manufacturer before trying again.



4.Pairing information registered on your computer could be recognized falsely.

→ Please once delete the pairing information and then try again.



5.Have you updated your computer OS?

→ Pairing information can be lost/broken after the update.
(EX: Updating from Windows8 to Windows8.1, Updating from WindowsVista to Windows7 etc.)
